As a Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty Denver Tech Center (DTC), I can assist you with any of your real estate needs. My experience as a residential developer and professional registered engineer gives my clients a unique real estate perspective, I’m not your typical real estate sales agent.
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
As a professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Colorado, I worked as a consultant for one of the nation’s largest home builders. During my tenure, I managed the infrastructure design and construction of two separate golf course master planned communities. It was during my engineering career that I perfected several key skills; skills including relationship building that allows me to work well with clients, organizational skills that allow me to manage multiple projects at any one time, and resource management skills that allow me to manage time and budgets effectively. All of this experience hase served me well as a Realtor.
In 2004, I left the consulting engineering world to begin Urban Custom Homes, LLC a residential development and real estate company specializing in the redevelopment of select Denver neighborhoods. This urban redevelopment, also known as ‘scrape/re-builds’, is accomplished by acquiring a property in one of Denver’s prominent neighborhoods and building a new custom home in place of the old. In addition to educating my clients, I have also worked very hard to educate myself. I recently completed my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification and will begin working towards my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and less than 5% of Realtors have been awarded this designation. My commitment to my clients is that I will continue to fine tune my skills to stay ‘on top of my game’. This is not only for my benefit, but for the benefit of my clients.
