 Before putting your home on the market, consider a Pre-Listing Inspection.  This is an inspection ordered by the seller for the purpose of revealing problems ahead of time.  The benefits are:

  • Make the home show better.
  • Helps buyers feel immediately more comfortable with the property.
  • Increases the home buyer’s perceived value of the property.
  • Gives the seller time to make repairs and shop for competitive contractors.
  • Permits the seller to attach repair estimates or paid invoices to the inspection report.
  • Removes over-inflated buyer procured estimates from the negotiation table.
  • Seller Inspections lightens the 11th hour re-negotiations. . Increases the likelihood that serious offers will turn into closings.
